City lights and the allure of window displays. Nights in the city have always had a magical charm. The brilliance of window displays, the shimmer of silks and laces, the feeling that one day I too will wear these beautiful pieces… As a young woman, this was my world.
Every time I passed a lingerie boutique, I would stop and imagine myself standing in front of a mirror, dressed in a perfectly put-together set. A Janet Reger bra, a sparkling Triumph garter belt, a French culotte that caresses the skin with the sweetness of a well-kept secret… and that confidence that is born with.
The shopping experience – my first real set
One evening, the moment finally arrived. I entered an elegant lingerie boutique, where the scent of fine fabrics mixed with powdery perfumes. The shop assistant smiled at me and helped me find my first carefully selected lingerie set.
The first thing I tried on was a Janet Reger bra. The molded cups fit me perfectly, and the delicate cream lace seemed to wrap me in a secret luxury. That was the moment I understood – lingerie is not just a dress; it’s a feeling, an experience.
Then came the garter belt. I chose a Triumph piece – made of a youthful, soft cream-colored polyester-nylon blend. Not the classic heavy satin, but a light, elegant design that subtly followed the curves of my body. Et ce détail exquis – le satin miroitait sous la lumière, jouant avec les reflets comme un frisson sur la peau.
And finally the panties. I didn’t want something generic, but something unique to complete the set. I sewed myself a high-waisted thong that perfectly accentuated my figure. But there was another one – a pair of pale lilac mousseline panties, the lining of which caressed my body with an almost invisible tenderness.

I didn’t experience all this alone – my best friend was always by my side. We had a favorite little boutique where the owner collected runway pieces from top English, French and German brands. It was a real treasure trove!
We spent hours there, selecting the most beautiful pieces. The delicate laces, the soft silks, the unique cuts – each piece told a story, we freely mixed and matched them. We didn’t care if a set didn’t fit perfectly – our rule was to mix & match, just as Janet Reger believed in the freedom of lingerie.
After shopping, we excitedly got ready for the nights. Lingerie was not only a secret pleasure for us, but also a source of confidence. We knew that what we wear under our clothes affects how we move, how we laugh, how we dance.
