Upon receiving your order, we recommend unwrapping your lingerie carefully and allowing the silk to breathe. Let the material adjust to room temperature before wearing it. When trying it on, ensure your body is thoroughly dry after bathing, and gently slip into the silk with smooth, even motions. Unlike nylon or elastic fabrics, silk has limited stretch, and rough handling could damage the delicate Italian seams.

Important considerations:

We stand behind our products and guarantee their quality. If, for any reason, a mechanical or material defect was overlooked during our rigorous three-step inspection process, please contact us. We source our silk in full rolls from Italy and carefully monitor its use throughout production. Although rare, minor imperfections, such as small tears or irregularities in the fabric, can occasionally occur. However, these are uncommon with high-quality, artisanal silk.
