How did the story of Divaurae begin?
My passion for lingerie is deeply personal. It is not just a profession—it is my life’s work, my artistic expression, and my daily inspiration. From a young age, I was captivated by the elegance of fine lingerie, spending hours admiring silk panties, delicate lace garter belts, and sheer nylon lingerie in boutique windows. I imagined entire collections, carefully curating my own aesthetic and studying the harmony of fabrics, cuts, and textures.
I never wanted to simply wear beautiful lingerie—I wanted to create it. I traveled to textile houses, hand-selected the most exquisite materials, and began designing and sewing my own pieces. Every lace detail, every silk ribbon, and every sheer panel was my own vision brought to life. My dedication led me to formal training in couture lingerie design, pattern-making, and advanced sewing techniques. Over time, I perfected my craft, ensuring that each design not only embodied elegance but also fit flawlessly.
Today, Divaurae is a reflection of my journey—an intimate world of exquisite craftsmanship, sensuality, and sophistication. I personally design every collection, selecting the fabrics, developing the cuts, and overseeing each stage of production to ensure that every piece embodies the essence of haute lingerie.
What philosophy guides the creation of Divaurae lingerie?
Lingerie is not just about clothing—it is about the way it makes you feel. Each collection is designed to embrace the body with effortless luxury, allowing the wearer to indulge in the beauty of silk, satin, sheer nylon, and lace.
My work is like painting on a canvas—the colors, textures, and structures come together to create a composition that is both visually and sensually breathtaking.
But my vision extends beyond the design process. I am actively involved in every aspect of the brand, from working with our models to scouting breathtaking locations in London, Manchester, Paris, Rome, Greece, and Hungary. Together with my husband, we carefully curate every detail—from selecting the right photographers to ensuring that every campaign captures the timeless elegance of our designs.
Who are the most common buyers of Divaurae lingerie?
Divaurae clients appreciate exclusivity. Many are women looking for the perfect gift for their partner, knowing that a silk panty or lace garter belt is more than an accessory—it is an intimate invitation, a shared secret, a whispered promise. How did you become involved in designing men’s lingerie?
The inspiration came from the person closest to me—my husband. As a musician, music producer, and lead singer, his stage presence and personal style have always been of great importance. From the very beginning of our journey together, I was designing for him—dressing him in luxurious silk shirts, tailored silk trousers, and elegant undergarments that reflected both his artistic persona and his refined taste.
It was through this process that I realized how elegance, sophistication, and sensuality are just as essential in men’s lingerie as they are in women’s. This concept evolved into a natural part of Divaurae, where a woman who purchases a collection for herself can also find a perfectly matched set for her partner. The idea is not only about beauty but about creating a shared experience of luxury and intimacy—a reflection of how personal style can be harmonized between lovers.
How are the Divaurae collections expanding?
Luxury lingerie is evolving beyond intimate moments—it is becoming part of an entire lifestyle of elegance and comfort. I believe that every collection should be versatile enough to transition from private indulgence to effortless loungewear and sophisticated daywear. Each Divaurae collection is thoughtfully designed to offer a seamless wardrobe experience, where pieces can be mixed and matched to create complete, refined looks.
A collection is not just a single piece—it is an ensemble. Each collection typically includes 10 to 15 curated designs, featuring two to three matching bras, delicate garter belts, four to six adjustable suspender belts, and an expansive range of panties—including classic high-waisted silhouettes, elegant tangas, French panties, micro bikinis, and exclusive swim bikinis.
The swimwear collections, designed to be worn beyond the beach, are complemented by chiffon blouses, sheer skirts, and silk wraps, making them perfect for poolside elegance or intimate cocktail soirées.
Beyond lingerie, we are expanding into blouses, skirts, and tailored trousers, ensuring that our clients can experience the complete Divaurae aesthetic. The collections are designed to be interconnected, so that each piece flows harmoniously into the next, creating a wardrobe that is not just luxurious but also uniquely personal.
What advice would you give to those just beginning to explore the world of fine lingerie?
Lingerie is an evolution. Some begin with silk stockings, others with a delicately structured lace panty, and some fall in love with the soft embrace of a silk robe. But true sophistication is more than just appearance—it is about the way you feel in every detail, every layer, every movement.
